  • 1 teaspoon of rose water or Witch Hazel

  • 1/2 teaspoon of honey^

  • 1-2 drops of skin-friendly essential oil (lavender is recommended) [Avoid if sensitive skin]



Rose Water: Rose water balances the skin’s pH, hydrates, and can soothe irritation. It acts as a natural toner, reducing redness and tightening pores.


Witch Hazel: Witch hazel has great anti-inflammatory properties that are super soothing on the skin and will help reduce redness and soreness.


Honey: Honey has great moisturizing effects making it a perfect addition to a drying ingredient such as mutani mitti. It also soothes inflammation and promotes a healthy, radiant glow. ^If you want a vegan-friendly option you can substitute honey with olive oil.


Lavender Essential Oil: Lavender oil calms irritated skin, reduces redness, and has antibacterial properties that help combat acne. It's antioxidants also protect against environmental damage.


*If you don't have Multani Mitti clay powder it can be substituted for Bentonite Clay powder as it poses similar properties. *

Instructions:


  • Add Multani Mitti powder into a clean ceramic or wooden bowl.

  • Add rose water and honey into the same bowl.

  • Add the essential oil and mix all the ingredients well until a paste is formed.

  • If too runny - add a bit more of the clay powder, if too thick, add more rose water.
